Putting your mind at ease
As ordering memorial/cremation jewellery is such a special thing, but can also be very worrisome, especially when sending off a loved ones remains to an unknown person. I aim to reassure you that I will treat your loved ones with the utmost care and respect. Please feel free to message me prior to sale regarding any worries or queries you may have, No question is too silly to ask, especially if it will put your mind at ease. I'm here to assist and help make the process as easy and informative as possible for you.

How do I get my loved ones remains to you?
Pop a teaspoonful of your loved ones ashes in a zip lock bag and seal and then pop that bag into another bag and seal to ensure remains stay within the bag and then put in a padded envelope. Include a note in the envelope stating you and your loved ones name (see Reiki blessings) and address the envelope to me; as my studio is at my home address, I will send you this privately.
I recommend you send via tracked and signed delivery to ensure your loved ones remains reach me safe and sound. On receiving your package I will message and inform you of this and I will be able to give you an approximate date of when your jewellery will be ready for posting. I will send return post via royal mail 1st class tracked and signed and will include any unused remains within the package.
What is a Reiki blessing?
Reiki is an energetic healing form and can be sent remotely. I send a Reiki blessing to the deceased, to the person who has placed an order and the departed loved ones family. I send the healing with the intention of emotional healing, peace and harmony to assist in the bereavement process. I also give thanks to the deceased for allowing me to work with their remains as a mark of respect.
What is the metal type used in this jewellery?

Cremation Stones and Colour Choices
The stones set in the Treasured Keepsakes jewellery are handmade with a loved ones ashes or lock of hair set within the stone. These stones are made from crystal resin or glass dependant on the design with the option of inclusions of mica flakes or fine sparkle powder.
Many resin and glass colours are available, some are not shown on the charts so please ask if I have the colour you wish in stock. I also offer to make custom colours again please discuss this with me via message prior to ordering
Jewellery Packaging and the Environment
For your treasured keepsake jewellery the packaging materials I use includes; a recycled gift box, a reusable felt jewellery pouch, biodegradeable tissue paper and cardboard box. If you wish to omit the gift box or pouch to reduce wastage please state when messaging regarding your order

I offer custom and bespoke keepsake and artisan jewellery designs, if you would like a piece designed especially for you please message me to discuss, or if you would like one of my existing designs tweaked to your specification again drop me a message, depending on design change there may or may not be an extra charge for this.
